Since 1989 ProjectsAsia has been working with clients to manage the design and development of major construction projects in southeast Asia.
Based in Thailand, we have successfully completed over 500 projects for clients both international and local. Our work spans everything from hotels, retail malls, condominiums and mixed-use buildings (hotel/office/retail), to factories and warehouses, hospitals, museums, and residential. Everything from an award-winning ‘green’ hotel/office building, to a golf ball factory to an ‘Opium Museum’. All built to international standards.

Managing Complexity
From consultation on the suitability of land sites, to design and planning, to managing the construction process itself, we provide a comprehensive service from conception to completion.
Our staff have the hands-on experience to manage the multi-faceted nature of any building construction project. Working closely with clients, we establish the scope of a
project, draw up budgets, prepare schedules, assemble the Design Team, process contractor and supplier procurement and finally, supervise construction through to the final handover to the client. We manage the on-time integration between parties and handle the day-to-day management of the project, always keeping a watchful eye on the big picture.

Controlling Costs
Cost control starts with the setting up and agreement of a realistic Budget which must allow for the Quality Expectations of the Client as well as the accurate understanding of the local construction costs. ProjectsAsia’s long experience in Thailand allows them to select the appropriate suppliers and contractors to best suit the projects needs. Once budgets have been established, our experienced teams provide on-going evaluation of the design process constantly looking for cost saving efficiencies or Value Engineering. As the project proceeds, regular cost reporting is necessary to monitor any changes and keep the Client aware of any cost trends that may need addressing.

Delivering Quality
Quality control starts with the design and the suitability of the material and techniques required. Our experienced staffs review the design and recommend changes that may better suit the
strengths and ability of the local suppliers and contractors. Contract documentation is reviewed to check if they require the correct standards and testing procedures needed. During
construction, a schedule of trial works, mock ups, material sampling will be agreed with all contractors to ensure to check that all parties understand the quality requirements. ProjectsAsia is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard.
